Carrie Maynard age 79 of Columbus passed away January 1, 2017 at her residence. Born May 25, 1937 to the late Tom and Naomi Pertee in Crum, WV. Preceded in death by husband of 57 years, Clynell Maynard; brothers and sisters. Survived by her daughter, Donna (Mike) Corbett of Dublin; sons, Delbert Maynard and David Maynard. Grandchildren, April (Terry) Wilhite, Heidi Allen, Michelle (Andrew) Coutts, Tara Maynard, and Derek Maynard; 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Willis and Troy Pertee.
