Cheryl Ann Crivea Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Cheryl Ann Crivea, age 75, passed away at home on May 24,2022. She was born on October 13,1946 in Columbus, OH to the late Bert and Leora Kirby. Cheryl was a caring and selfless woman, and her grandchildren meant the world to her; she loved to take them shopping and bake for them. She had a passion for genealogy and her family ancestry. Every year on Memorial Day weekend, she would travel around to cemeteries in the Columbus area and leave homemade flower arrangements for her ancestors. She also enjoyed to crochet, craft, and make flower arrangements. Cheryl was also extremely witty and always was quick to have a comeback. She is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her brother-in-law, Jim Hess. Cheryl is survived by her children: Jason (Barbie) Crivea and their children: J.T., Jessica, and Benjamin; Michelle (Steven) Fox and their children: Courtney, Zachary, and Allyson "Grandma's Girl"; and Andrew Crivea and his daughter, Kaitlyn Botts. Cheryl also leaves behind her siblings: Pat Hess, June (Chuck) Farrell, Michael (Vickie) Kirby, and Nancy (Joe) Conley; her beloved husky, Lexi; along with many nieces, nephews, and other family members, too numerous to list. A special thank you to her sister, Nancy, who has helped care for Cheryl the last year that she had been ill. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at O.R. WOODYARD Co. South Chapel (1346 S. High St. Cols. OH, 43207) from 5 to 8 PM. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM, interment will follow at Reber Hill Cemetery.
