Claten B. Daugherty (Howard) age 85 of Columbus passed away on September 7, 2016. He was born July 17, 1932 to the late Pearl Daugherty in Richmond, Virginia. Claten retired after owning CD Trucking, TV Repair business, Training and Racing Horses for many years. He Served in the US Army during the Korean War. Preceded in death by wife of many years Mary Howard Daugherty; Sons, Jonathan Howard and Michael Daugherty; brothers and sister. He survived by dear friend and companion, Marlene Thurston: Daughters Rose (Larry) Dalton, Trina (Pedro) Johnson, Angel Daugherty and Stephanie Daugherty; Son: Craig Howard. Brother, Harold (Barbara) Hess. 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, many other family and dear friends. Friends may call at the O.R. W"OODYARD CO. 1346 S.
