Donna Gail Jones

February 11, 1959 - February 7, 2022

Donna G. Jones, 62, went to be with the Lord on February 7, 2022. She was born on February 11, 1959 in Columbus, OH to the late Forrest and Helen Jones. Donna was a member of Hilock Fellowship Church and was devoted in her faith. Donna was a lover of life, the Buckeyes, and her family. When you think of Donna, you remember her for loving sparkles, hot pink, and everything red. She was the life of the party; Donna loved to sing and dance. Donna was a mentor and friend to many people; she also had a sweet spot for her fur babies, especially her yorkie, Tucker. She is preceded in death by her parents; as well as two infant daughters, Stephanie and Helen; her favorite Aunt, Toni. She is survived by her daughter, Mistie (Darrell) Hayes; siblings, Tom (Beckie) Jones, Pam (Ed) Dolby, and Rocky (Linda) Jones; nieces and nephews: LaDonna, Shawn (Erin), Dawn (Chad), and Cameron (Kaitlin); great niece and nephews: Carson, Davey, Emerson, Ayden, and Aubree. She is also survived by extended and many friends, too numerous to list. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at O.R. Woodyard Co. South Chapel (1346 S. High St. Cols. OH, 43207) from 10 AM until time of funeral at Noon. Interment will follow at Obetz Cemetery. In honor of Donna, please wear anything pink, red, sparkly, or Ohio State themed.
