POOL, Donna Louise, (Brown), age 89, formerly of Marysville, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home with her family on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.

Donna was a graduate of Chuckery-Darby High School. She was also a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who deeply loved her family. Donna immensely enjoyed reading, particularly the novels of James Patterson and John Grisham. She also enjoyed watching movies, especially westerns. She was also a fan of the music of Elvis Presley. She enjoyed traveling and visited multiple states within the U.S. in her lifetime.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents Noel and Bertha Brown, her husband, Marion A. Pool, son, Ricky A. Pool, grandson, Russell A. ("Bear") Pool II, sisters, Charlotte Ann Kuhn and Virginia Davis, brothers, Noel F. Brown and Robert L. Brown. She is survived by her son, Russell A. Pool, nephew, Noel E. ("Nebbie") Brown, sister, Peggy Adelsberger, and brother, Gerry Brown, beloved "Baby-boy" companion, Jake, and numerous additional nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by O.R. Woodyard Co. Funeral and Cremation Services but per Donna's request, no funeral or memorial service will be held. She will be interred with her loved ones in Lithopolis. Anyone wishing to make memorial contributions in Donna's name may contribute to their local Humane Society or A.S.P.C.A. Condolences may be sent to her son and/or nephew via their Facebook accounts.
