Everett Marcum, age 74, passed away on May 7, 2016. Born on June 8, 1941 in Breeden, WV to Everett and Shirley Marcum. Everett worked as a Welder for Buckeye Steel for over 30 years. On January 15, 1967 he married Alma Baisden. Everett is preceded in death by daughter, Yvonne Marcum, sister, Edith Marcum; brother, Clarence Marcum. Everett is survived by wife, Alma Gail Marcum, daughter, Britteny (Moises) Claudio, great-granddaughter, Yvonne Claudio, great-grandsons, Jaylen "Squirrel" Claudio and Joshua Claudio; several siblings, many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2016, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at O. R. Woodyard Co. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, 11:00 am at the O. R.
