Hsiao-Ling was a very nice, very kind-hearted person, who was happiest when she was entertaining and cooking for others. She was very ambitious and very hard-working. She strived, together with her husband, Pheth, to make the very best of their lives together. Hsiao-Ling was a good and loyal friend, and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
