Jean Myers, age 81, of Columbus passed away December 13, 2012. Jean was born August 9, 1931 to the late Robert Truman Lane and Gertrude Poston Lane in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was a South High School Graduate. Jean enjoyed her growing family of 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, as well as golfing, bowling, and reading. Member of Brookside Country Club. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert H. Myers. son and daughter-in-law, James and Bonnie Myers of AZ.; daughters and sons-in-law, Jan and Pete Seaman of Columbus, Jill and Dave Taylor of Plain City; Grandchildren, James R. Myers, Brianna G. Hackworth, Myeah Myers, Bethany L. Alexander-Mills, Brendon J. Alexander, Danielle Jean Durzo and Dustin F. Durzo; great grandchildren, Marin Myers, Finn Myers, Olive Hackworth, and Jonah Hackworth. Mom loved unconditionally and gave us self worth. She sincerely enjoyed time with her family. A memorial service will take place Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 2990 Bethel Rd.
