Jeffrey Lee Hodges Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Jeffrey Lee Hodges, 64, of Chillicothe, OH. passed away on May 1, 2022 surrounded by loved ones after a difficult battle with cancer. Jeff was born March 13, 1958 in Lancaster, OH. but spent most of his childhood running through the mountains of Banner Elk, NC. before returning to Ohio to join the rest of his family. He is preceded in death by his parents William Hodges and Jean Willard; sisters Hazel Hodges and Linda Willard. He is survived by siblings Joan (Bill) Willard, Tommy Hodges, Robert (Melody) Hodges, Brenda (Herbert) Stackpole, Leslie Willard, Charles (Misty) Willard, and Barbra (John) Hennis; children Jeffery Hartman, Rocky (Debra) Hodges, Deanna (Paul) Fausnight, Larry (Baylee) Hartman, and Joseph Hodges. Jeff is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild who all held the most special place in his heart. Jeff was a hardworking father who provided for his family driving a semi truck and enjoying spending time with his family after retirement. On any given weekend he could be found making memories riding motorcycles, mud running through the woods, or working on anything with a motor. Anyone who knew him would tell you that his family was the most important thing in his life and he lived to make memories with those he loved. Those memories will live on forever in the heart of every person he shared them with. Jeff will be forever loved and truly missed. Arrangements will be held Friday, May 6, 2022 1pm-3pm at O.R.
