Joanna Bissell, age 82 passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016. She was born to the late Wayne and Dorothy Little. Preceded in death by her husband Elber and sisters, Alberta Rodgers and Sheryl Cheanult. Joanna is survived by son, Gene (Brenda) Bissell; daughters, Vicky (Randy) Sayre, Joy (Pete) Hayes and Debbie (Mark) Flanagan; grandchildren, Shawn, Brian, Crystal, Joella, Jesse, Casey, Wendy, Jack, Randy Jr, Missy, Jeremy, Christina and Felicia; 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great children; siblings, Jean (Den) Kildea, Lynn Judkins, Sue Cole, Nancy (Jim) Kalmfoth, Hope (Emory) Ewing, Wayne Little, Karen Brandel, Jodie (John) Little; brother-in-law, Wayne Rogers; special friends, Jeannie Ewing, Lori (Paul) Green and Brenda Gillmore. Visitation will be Thursday, March 17 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the O. R. WOODYARD CO CHAPEL 1346 S. High St., where the funeral service will be Friday 10:30 AM. Interment Shaw Cemetery.
