Kathy Lynn Morbitzer (Chancey) 8.13.1956 - 1.14.2022 Kathy Lynn was born August 12 1956 in Columbus Ohio to her parents Daniel and Twilah. A graduate of South High School, Kathy went on to live a full life as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She passed away unexpectedly on Friday January 14 2022 at Grant Hospital in Columbus Ohio. Kathy is preceded in death by her mother Twilah Chancey, father Daniel Chancey, husband James (Jim) Morbitzer, daughter Tiffany Mahan, son Joseph Watkins, sister Ronnie Jamison, sister Mary Linderman and brother Michael Chancey. Kathy is survived by her brother Dan Chancey, sisters Lee Parfitt and Terry Jo Griffith, grandchildren Angel, Dakota, and Brittany (Mahan) and Haley (Watkins), great grandchildren Carter, Zion, Emmi, Hunter, Aleigha, Bryden and Lyra, adopted daughters Shawna and Tina, and special friends Bob "Straw" Scarberry, Anita Scott and the Morbitzer Family. Family receive friends Friday, January 21, 2022 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the O.R. Woodyard Co. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH, where funeral will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Reynoldsburg, OH.
