Marcella Bailey, age 61, passed away on May 8, 2014. Born on September 8, 1952 to the late Woodrow and Delores (West) Bailey in Martin Co, KY. Member of the Parsons Avenue Church of God. She is survived by brothers, Frank (Sharron) Bailey, Terry (JoEllen) Bailey; children that she raised as her own, Justin Bailey, Lisa and Josh Browning; best friend, Debbie Bates.
