Mary C. Lambert, age 84, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022 at her residence in Columbus, OH. Mary was born August 1, 1937 in Columbus, OH to the late Grover Leonard and Mary Brofford. Mary retired from St. Rita's Nursing Facility as the Main Cook for all patients. She was a longtime member of First Pentecostal Church Apostolic Faith. Mary is preceded in death by her children, Keith, Edith, Joseph, and Wilma Wright. Mary is survived by her son, Jack (Tonia Ross) Wright; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Lex Leonard, Doris Zirkle, Steve Brofford, Tom Brofford, Janet O'Brien, Margaret Meadows, Betty Caldwell, Evelyn Ramey; nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation will be Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH, where funeral service will be Friday, February 18, 2022 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Mifflin Township Cemetery in Gahanna, OH.
