Mary Deck Payne age 78, went to heaven on Friday, September 8, 2017. She was born April 15, 1939. Preceded in death by husband of 52 years Thomas Lewis Payne, parents Elmer Scott Deck & Virginia Lee Ballard, brothers Richard Lee Deck & Robert Lee Deck. Survived by brother Marvin Edward Deck and sister Patricha Ann Deck Goodwin, children daughter Belinda Sue Payne Wolgamot and son Timothy Lewis Payne, 6 granddaughters, 1 great granddaughter and 2 great grandsons.
