Maurice Moon-Strickland passed away suddenly May 25, 2011. Born September 9, 2010 to Levar Strickland and Tia Moon. He is preceded in death by grandfather, Shane Moon; great grandmother, Rose M. Paolino; and uncle, John Strickland. Maurice is survived by loving parents; grandmother, Danetta "Jody" Moon; brother, Pure Song Bailey; uncles, Shane (Natoshka) and Zaire (Ebony) Moon, LeMont Green; cousins, Nacyhia, Nasheya, Nashanea, Khalil and Aniya; special teacher Ms. Betty; many aunts and uncles and a host of other relatives and family friends. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 29 from 2 to 5 p.m. at O. R. WOODYARD CO South Chapel 1346 S. High St. where service will be held Tuesday, at 10 a.m. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.
