Pauline Pack, age 70, passed away Friday, June 30, 2017 at OSU Hospital. Attended Shadeville Church of God. Preceded in death by parents, Henry and Dona Pack; siblings, Bud, Bill and Christine. Survived by children, Henry (Patty) Farley, Dorra Farley Conley and Jim Farley; numerous grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; brother, Don (Marilyn) Pack; numerous nieces, nephew, other loved ones and friends.
