R. Randy Lowe, 59, went to his heavenly home on the morning of Tuesday, April 5th, 2022. He was surrounded by his loving family and will be missed by many. He was a beloved husband, father, papaw, a respected businessman and a Christian. Randy’s faith was an essential part of his life, he served as Treasurer at Shadeville Church of God, he was a faithful member for over 30 years serving in various capacities. Randy was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky, the son of the late Elmer and Geraldine Lowe. He is survived by his wife of almost 40 years, Lisa K. Lowe, one daughter Amy L. Hevener (Adam), two sons: R. Daniel Lowe (Tanya) and Mark A. Lowe (Holly). He loved being a Papaw to his 6 grandchildren (soon to be 7); Logan, Hudson, Liam (on the way), Wyatt, Iris, Leo and Ellie. Randy will also be greatly missed by his 4 brothers: Rick (Johns Creek, GA), Jim (Edmonton, KY), Tom (Columbus, OH) and Jason (London, KY). Randy’s caring spirit and generous heart could be felt by everyone he met; he had a special gift for seeing not only the good in people but bringing out the best in them. He loved the outdoors with adventurous hobbies that included riding motorcycles, boating, flying remote controlled airplanes, classic cars and spending time at the family farm riding tractors and off-road vehicles. He will also be missed by many colleagues from his 33 years with Korda Engineering, where Randy was a well-respected Partner, and a leader for the Electrical Engineering team. He was a humble leader that was honored to have mentored many people in their career and enjoyed watching them grow in their profession. Randy’s life was a blessing, many memories will be treasured, he was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure. Visitation will be held Monday April, 11 from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:30 pm at Shadeville Church of God 4800 Lockbourne Rd. Interment Fernwood Cemetery.
