Robert Henry Mullins

Robert "Bob" Henry Mullins, age 80 passed away Wednesday January 26, 2022 at his residence in Groveport, OH. Bob was the owner and operator of Americana Carpets for nearly 30 years. He was a longtime member of Parsons Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon for many years. He was passionate about sharing his faith in Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior. He enjoyed fishing and spending his time with his grandchildren. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Strickler and Gwen Mullins of Virginia; wife of 38 years, Shirley Ann Mullins (Griffith); brother-in-law, Steve Price. He is survived by his children, Robert Henry Mullins Jr. and Tiffany (David) Ellis; grandchildren, Christopher (Jordan) Ellis, Samantha (Travis) Griffin, and Strickler (Dianna) Ellis; great grandchildren, Kaia, Esme, Nash, and Case; siblings, Priscilla (Steve) Bingham, Jane Price, J.W. (Janice) Mullins, Joe (Becky) Mullins, and Ray (Ruth) Mullins; brother-in-law, Carl (Patty) Griffith; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation will be Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12 noon, at the Parsons Baptist Church, 3930 Parsons Ave. in Columbus, OH, 43207. Pastor Charles Blake officiating. Private interment will be at Fernwood Cemetery, Lockbourne, OH.
