Ronald Earl Brush, 67 of Columbus, OH, passed away on July 9th, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert Brush and Patricia (Teets) Brush, grandparents Frank & Fannie Teets,Jack Brush and Johnathan & Georgia Brush. Ron is survived by wife Brenda (Jeffers) Brush, children Tricia (Brian) Doran, Travis Brush and Sarah Brush (Byron Fields II). Grandchildren Moriah, Selah, Hunter and Asher Doran, sisters Pam Tomich and Debbi (John) Powell, as well as many beloved family members and friends. Born in Columbus, OH on June 27th, 1953 Ron graduated from Hamilton Township High School and continued on to receive a Certified Advertising Certification from the University of Wisconsin. Ron owned the advertising specialty business, "Business Reminders" for many years before retiring from that profession and picking up handyman work on the side. Taking pride in his work, he used his talents and time to always brighten someone's day. Ron enjoyed many adventures from skiing, scuba diving, playing softball, bowling (he owns claim to having earned a perfect score of 300 once!), boating, disc golf and more. He belonged to many organizations such as; The Free Masons, Moose Lodge, and the Agonis Club of Columbus. If you couldn't find Ron at home with his dog and collection of house plants, you could find him riding around Columbus on his scooter going to see family and friends. Ron took pride in his children most and was very proud of them. He always made it a point to never miss a milestone or even practices. His infectious smile greeted everyone he met. Ron never met a stranger and was always joking around or striking up conversation. He lived his life to the fullest and will be missed by many. Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 where the funeral will be at 10 AM on Wednesday at the O. R. Woodyard South High Chapel, 1346 S.
