Rosaline Mills, age 83, passed away on December 29, 2020. She was born on December 4, 1937 to the late Joseph and Hazel (Carpenter) Bailey of Coal Grove, OH. She worked many years with Western Electric, Borden Company, and went on to retire from DFAS. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Hazel, and siblings, Herman, Roy, Troy, Carrie, Mabel, and Imogene. Rosaline is survived by her husband of 66 years, Robert; daughter, Diane (Dick) Brooker; son, Greg (Mary) Mills; grandchildren, Erik (Natasha) Brooker, Renee (Gene) Triplett, Erin Mills, Timothy Black, Monica (Ernie) Hickman, and Christine Byers; great grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Makayley, Abigail, Gregory, Zachary, Ali, Joshua, Conner, Eli, Alayna, Justin, Brandon, Madie, Taylor, and Cooper; and other dear friends and family.
