Terry Ward, age 62, of Columbus OH., passed away May 21, 2017 peacefully at home. Terry is survived by his wife, Katharine Ward; son, Terry (Mandie) Ward; daughters, Connie (Thomas) Moorhead, Lori (Charles) Uting and Brittnay (Dustin) Ramsey; 2 brothers and 7 sisters; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; mother-in-law, Louise Young and many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Terry is preceded in death by mother, Hope Ward, brothers, Mike and Richard Ward, sisters, Phillis and Michelle Ward, father-in-law, Jay Jr. Young, brother-in-law, Danny Lee Young, sister-in-law, Brenda Carter and nephew Danny Carter. Terry will always be remembered by his bold, self-less and hard working personality, taking all under his wing and spreading his endless amount of knowledge. Terry was a good-hearted man who has gone home to be with Jesus. We will always love and miss him dearly. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 24 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S. High St. where funeral service will be held Thursday at 1:30 pm. Pastors Chris Pierce and John Loar officiating.
