Thomas Justin Fugate "Tommy", age 32 , was called home March 18, 2022 at his residence. He had a heart of a lion, was a very hard worker, an amazing son, brother, father, husband, & friend. He would do anything in the world for anyone that he loved. He was always funny and could bring a smile to anyone's face. He is preceded in death by father, George W. Fugate, mother, Connie S McCoy-Fugate, brother, CJ Mullins. Survived by big brother, Adam E. Fugate; wife, Samantha Mullins (Fugate); mother of oldest son, Devin Nagy; daughters, Alayla & Alexandria Fugate; sons, Zachary & Wyatt Fugate; sisters, Tina (Larry) Scott, Maranda Davis , Marissa McCoy, Makayla McCoy, Tiffany (Roy) Sliker , Ashley Davis, and Angela Meuser; brothers, Drew West, Ray Davis, David Fowler, Frank Yowell, Brandon Hazelett. Damon and Daron Hagwood , Maxwell Campbell, and Rick McCune; nieces, Connie E Fugate, Madison Davis , Amiyah Stamper , Jullianna "Nana" , & Juleigha Campbell; nephews, Adam L Fugate, Mason and Major Davis, Julian and Julius Campbell; his hero, David Fugate "Big Dave"; uncles, Carl (Sandy) McCoy , Bill (Tracy) McCoy, Brian McCoy; and many family and friends & loved ones. Visitation will be Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 6pm-8pm at OR Woodyard Co South Chapel, 1346 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207, where funeral services will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 at 2pm. Interment will follow at Obetz Cemetery, 4455 Groveport road, Columbus, OH 43207.
