Aaron Moses (Butchie) Tinney, age 49, passed away Thursday October 1, 2026. Aaron was born to Steve and Sue (Wilson) Tinney Sr. As well as his father Steve, Aaron is also preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank Wilson and Samuel and Elizabeth Tinney. He is survived by his sons, Tristan Gabriel and Christopher Tinney; grandchildren, Raelynn Marie, Colton James, and Elijan Jacob Gabriel; Mother, Sue Wilson; longtime partner, Jessica Puckett; brother, Steve (Dina) Tinney Jr.; sisters, Lori (Randy) Carter, Terri (Tracy) Anderson, and Michelle (Michael) Tinney-Bennett; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Aaron was a welder for 30 years and currently worked for Steelco Erectors. He loved to ride his motorcycle and fish. Aaron also had a love for music and animals. He especially loved spending time with his family and friends and playing video games with his nephews. Visitation for Aaron will be held on Wednesday October 7, 2026, from 3:30 until time of service at 5:30 at O.R. Woodyard Co. South High Street Chapel 1346 S. High St. Columbus, OH, 43207.
