Allene H. Forester, age 93, went to be with the Lord April 10, 2019. Born on January 28, 1926 in Atlanta, GA to the late Robert and Maude Hall. She was raised in a wonderful family of 7 brothers and sisters, John, Lester, Bobby, Donald, Ila, Frances, and Grace. She is preceded in death by husband, Ottis Forester. Allene is survived by daughter, Pam (Harold) Fergus, grandchildren, Michelle Cooper (Darnel), Rob (Ruth) Cooper, Tom Fergus, Constance Fergus and Shelly (John) Rouse; great grandchildren, Jessica, Steven, Gabby, Michaela, Amy, Daylin, Ella, and Marie, great-great grandchildren, Brandon; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and her 24 yr old Cockatiel and best friend Joey. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 14, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Myers-Woodyard Funeral Home, 587 Main St. where funeral services will be held on Monday, April 15 at 10:30 am with Pastor Kristin Santiago officiating.
