Alma "Granny" Almira (Cain) Ostrom, age 95, went to be with Jesus on November 7, 2025. She was born on August 11, 1930, in Mason County, West Virginia to the late James Thomas and Millie Viola Cain. As well as her parents, Alma is also preceded in death by her husband Roy Leonard Ostrom of 53 years; grandson, Joseph Kent Ostrom; brothers, William Clyde Cain, Richard H. Cain, Howard L. Cain, and James Thomas Cain Jr.; sisters, Norma M. Sayre, and Mary Virginia Landis. She leaves behind her daughter, Wanda Lyn (Mike ) Nelson; and son, Kenneth DeWayne (Robin) Ostrom; grandchildren, Renee Lyn Shuping, Elizabeth Ann Lowary, Brian Leonard Ostrom, Amanda Orr; great grandchildren, Robin Ann Kephart, James Michael Shuping, Jordan Isaiah Shuping, Breanna Gail Ostrom, Matthew Josiah Orr, Elena Victoria Orr, Micah Ryan Orr, and Elijah Lee Michael Johnson; numerous nieces and nephews. Alma "Granny" was a homemaker who loved doing crafts, coloring, painting, and decorating with stickers.Visitation for Alma "Granny" will be Monday November 17, 2025, from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm  at O. R. Woodyard Co. South High Street Chapel, 1346 S, High St. Columbus, Oh. 43207. Reverend Chris Pierce and Reverend Benjamin Orr officiating.
