Amy Wehnke, age 55, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2026, in Columbus, OH.

Amy was born on May 25, 1971, in Houston, TX to James and Carolyn McClellan. She loved gardening and animals remembering the names of nearly every dog she met on her walks or while tending to her beautiful flower garden. She was an avid crafter finding pleasure in creating new designs for her jewelry. Amy supported her children's activities including The Shamrockers O'Dublin dance troupe, Dublin Schools band and choir, and the Dublin Robotics Boosters.

Amy found the most joy and pride in being "Mom" for her children. She worked hard to bring comfort, laughter, and love into each of their lives every day.

Amy is survived by her husband of 21 years, Bob Wehnke; parents, Jim and Carolyn McClellan; children, Miranda, Samuel, Sarah, and Helena; brother, Scott (Katie) McClellan; niece, Abigail; beloved dog, Lilly; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. A gathering in Celebration of Amy's Life will be held Monday, July 6, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. Northwest Chapel, 2990 Bethel Rd. in Columbus, OH.
