Andy Copley Sr., age 74, of Circleville, passed away Friday, December 3, 2010 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Retired from Celanese Plastics with 29 years service. Member of the Orient Independent Church. He enjoyed singing Gospel Music as a member of the Glory Bound Singers. Preceded in death by parents, daughter Annette, and 5 brothers. Survived by wife of 44 years, Nora; son, Andy Copley of Lockbourne; daughter, Elizabeth Copley of Circleville; grandchildren, Andy Copley III, Leif Cottrill, Venessa Cottrill; sisters, Thelma (Ray) Fields, Estella (Randolph) Varney, Earlene Hodge, and Sharlene McCann, Goldie (John) Varney, Ruth Parsley, and Carolyn Brewer; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Friends may call Monday, 2 to 8 p.m. at the Orient Independent Church, 11130 State Route 62, just outside of Harrisburg, where service will be Tuesday, 11 a.m. Reverend Elias Harmon officiating.
