Ashley Lynn Greer

It is with great sadness that we announce the recent passing of Ashley Lynn Greer, age 38, of Hilliard, OH. She leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory: her father, Steven Greer; her mother, Bambi Greer (Michael); her brothers, Derek (Lauren)  Greer and Ryan (Nicole) Greer; her four nephews, Landen, Liam, Luka, and Charlie; her niece, Lucy; and several loving uncles, aunts, and cousins

A graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in food science, Ashley lived a life marked by determination, compassion, and a fighting spirit. She was a dedicated runner, she achieved the remarkable accomplishment of completing the Boston Marathon in just over three hours—an achievement reflecting her discipline and love of challenge.

Her heart was especially tender toward animals, and she had a special place in her life for elderly cocker spaniels. She adored her late dog Mia, whose companionship brought her tremendous joy. Ashley was also a proud and successful small business owner, pouring her creativity, hard work, and warmth into the business she built

Those who knew Ashley will remember her for her kindness, her strength, and her unwavering love for her family. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will continue to shine brightly in the lives of all who loved her. Arrangements handled by O.R. Woodyard Co.

A private celebration of life will be held for family and close friends at a later date.
