Austin Carr, age 20, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on August 24, 2024. Born on June 19, 2004, in Columbus, Ohio, Austin left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew him. If only more people were lucky enough to have that chance. Austin is a one-of-a-kind individual, and was known for his kindness, and positivity, his hardworking nature, and deep commitment to his family and friends. His patriotic spirit and immeasurable love enriched the lives of so many. He loved his Motorcycle and his guns and almost any beat up old truck that he saw. As well as his classic country and rock n roll music. He was never afraid to be silly and have fun in life. Austin is preceded in death by his Grandparents Michael (Sharon) Taylor, Ronald Carr, Step Grandfather Gregg Guinn, Great Grandparents Dean (Mary) Crago, and Great Grandmother Sally Carr, Great Grandfather George Humphrey. Austin is survived by a loving family: his Father, Ronnie Carr; Mother, Mary Carr; Grandmother, Deborah Carr; Great Grandmother, Georgia Gloyd; Aunt Jenny (Jay) Campbell; Aunt Lori (Ronnie) Ellis; Aunt Becky (Tony) Scaffidi; Uncle Charles Taylor and cousins Kaitlyn, Kenneth, Gavin, Brooklynn, Allison, Kylee, Levi, and Matthew. As well as his Great Aunts and Uncles. Each relationship stood as a testament to his loving and caring personality.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 30, from 11 AM until the time of service at 1 PM at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel.  His memory will be cherished and kept alive by those who loved him dearly.
