Barbara Bixby Remlinger, age 86 of Dublin, OH passed away peacefully on April 15, 2024. She was born in Columbus, OH, on March 5, 1938 to the late James Russell Bixby and Helen Preston Bixby. Barbara graduated from Gallia Academy High School in Gallipolis, OH and went on to further her education at St. Mary's School of nursing in Huntington, WV and The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Roger Remlinger of Dublin, OH; children, Theresa (Michael) Vozenilek, Powell, OH and Andy (Joan) Remlinger, Cincinnati, OH; five grandchildren, Courtney (Matt) Dorsey, Hilliard, OH, Kyle Vozenilek, Columbus, OH, Abigail, Benjamin, and Jacob Remlinger, Cincinnati, OH; one great-grandchild, Lillian Dorsey; and many additional family and friends

Arrangements have been entrusted to the O.R. WOODYARD CO. 2990 Bethel Road, Columbus, OH 43220. Graveside services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Nationwide Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
