Betty Jean Anna Boyd, age 71, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2014. Preceded in death by parents Curtis and Bernice Upton, sisters Sandra and Debra, brother Douglas. Survived by husband, Clarence "Ed" Boyd; daughters, Gena (Jud) McGrath and Janet (Jerome) Smith; granddaughters, Andrea (Keith) Harler, Christina and Sierra; brother, Curtis Upton and sister, Suzanne Hunt; many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be Friday, December 12, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the O. R. WOODYARD COMPANY CHAPEL, 1346 S. High Street, where he funeral service will be Saturday 10 a.m. Reverend John Randall Wiles officiating. Interment Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.
