Betty Jane Cloud, age 61, passed away Monday, November 18, 2024 in Columbus, OH. Betty was born December 2, 1962 in Columbus, OH to the late Walter and Norma Spurlock. Betty loved her family and pets. She was the godmother of her family, had a heart of gold, and always put her loved ones ahead of herself. She touched many lives. Betty is preceded in death by her husband, James Cloud; siblings, Junior Spurlock and Dorothy Spurlock-Meade; grandbaby, Brooklynn "Brook-a-baby" Miller; close friend, Donald Swaim. She is survived by her children, Mark (Samantha) Spurlock, Jason (Christina) Boggs, and Christopher Boggs, Joshua Sykes, Melissa "Danni," Kimmy, Pam, 'Lil Tommy, Jimmy, Jamie, Ev, John "Pig," Jay, and April Dawn; grandchildren, Alicia (Justin), Mark Jr., "Beanbag" (Bri), Kayden, Naomi (Bre), Natalie, Dawn, Alex, 'Lil Ev; great grandchildren, Taya, Tyreek, and Alaia; siblings, Becky (Tommy) Blake, David (Karen) Spurlock, Lora (Darroyl) Austin, Linda (Bruce) Scott, Joe (Bobby) Spurlock, Melody Hill, and Candy (Mike) Stephenson; former spouse, Tim (Laura) Boggs; many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Visitation will be Monday, December 2, 2024 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH.
