Beverly Ann Johnson, age 83, of Ashville Ohio passed away peacefully Thursday, April 30, 2026. Born June 17, 1942 in Mt. Sterling, Ohio. Beverly was the daughter of Alan Redding and Maxine Albee and she was a graduate of West High School in 1959. She retired from Sears Roebuck and Company as a data entry clerk for more than 20 years.

Beverly found great pleasure in playing BINGO, crocheting blankets, working her puzzle books and reading. She enjoyed watching her grandson Kyle, playing baseball and her great grandchildren playing sports. She loved watching "THE" Ohio State Buckeyes and the Columbus Blue Jackets.

She is survived by her five children, Bobby (Kim) Gibson, Carlena (Scott) Rieser, Peggy (Roger) Willis, Tammy Johnson, and Tony (Sam) Johnson.

Beverly is preceded in death by her loving husband Kenneth Johnson and former ex-husband Robert Gibson and her sister Wilma Cordts.

Beverly cherished her 14 grandchildren, Branden (Beth) Gibson, Rhianne (Eric) Scarborough, Stephanie (CJ) Hurt, Josh Rieser, Zachary Rieser, Alissa (Joe) Streitenberger, Kyle (Gabbie) Willis, Ashley Smith, Amy Johnson, Allie Johnson, Kim Grant, Heather Smith, Richard Smith.

Beverly had 23 great grandchildren that was the light of her life; Preston, Bentley, Braxton, Bryson, Layci, Kinsley, Paityn, Bryce, Mya, Joey, Willa, Kooper, Bennett, Tillie, Layton, Cayden, Bradley, Jace, Bentley, James, Alex, Anthony, Slade and Shipley. As well as her beloved nieces and nephews.

Visitation at Pfeifer Woodyard Funeral Home, 7915 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, Ohio,Tuesday May 5 from 1 - 3 pm. Burial is scheduled for 4 pm in Asbury Cemetery, near Winchester Pike and Hamilton Road., for those who would like to attend.
