Beyan Promise Wuelleh was born in Monrovia, Liberia on December 23, 1982. He was born in a country recognized for its struggles, resilience, and hope. He entered this world to the joy of his loving parents, Mr. James T. Wuelleh and Mrs. Dinamae Wuelleh. He leaves to mourn his siblings, Krubo Wuelleh Carter, Precious Wuelleh Musa, James Tarnue Wuelleh Jr., Daniel Wuelleh, Dinna Florence Wuelleh, Dinamae F. Wuelleh, Victoria Clement Wuelleh, Marzu Wuelleh Devaughn, and a host of other relatives and friends. He inherited strength, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility from them. These traits would shape the man we came to love and admire.

Liberia bore the scars of civil unrest, yet a remarkable man emerged from that turbulent soil. Beyan's journey took him from a West African childhood to the United States, where, even as a young boy, he carried the rich legacy of his home land, its warmth, perseverance, and deep familial bonds.

In the US, he was raised with love and discipline. Those early years helped shape the principles that guided his life: loyalty, courage, and an unwavering commitment to serve. It was no surprise that he later answered a noble call by enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. There, he served with honor, humility, and quiet dignity. He wore the uniform not for recognition, but because he believed in something greater than himself: freedom, duty, and protecting those who could not defend themselves.

Beyond the uniform, Beyan's greatest pride and joy were his two beautiful daughters, Gabrielle Grace Wuelleh and Zoe Kathryn Wuelleh. To them, he was more than just a provider; he was a protector, a teacher, a source of joy, and a symbol of strength. His love for them was boundless, and his legacy will continue to live on though their lives.

Beyan was a beloved brother to sisters and brothers. His spirit lives on in their stories, laughter, and shared memories. As an uncle, he offered warmth, wisdom, and that unmistakable spark of mischief that made him so endearing to his nieces and nephews. As a nephew, he brought pride and joy to his aunts and uncles, who watched him grow into a man of great character.

For many, he was "Beyan," a name that evoked familiarity, laughter, and love. Whether offering encouragement, a helping hand, or simply providing his calming presence, Beyan made those around him feel seen, heard, and valued.

"As we say goodbye to our beloved Beyan (Promise), let us mourn his loss and celebrate his life, a life defined by honor, family, and an unwavering resilience. He lived with purpose and left a mark that will never fade.

In the words of the Apostle Paul, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." Beyan did precisely that.

Rest well, Marine. Your duty is done. We will carry your memory with us forever, cherished and never forgotten. Amen"

Visitation is scheduled for Friday, June 6, 2025 from 10 am until the time of service, at Pfeifer Woodyard Funeral Home in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The service begins at 12 noon with Asst. Pastor Samuel D Jefferson, and Rev. V. Xastor Yarkpazuo, officiating. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Pataskala, Ohio.
