Billy Ray Williams, age 59, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013 at his residence. Born July 18, 1953 in Martin County, KY, to the late Thomas and Lina Williams. Also preceded in death by brother Alford Williams. Survived by wife, Diana; children, Deedee and Patty Williams and Brittany Wolf; grandchildren, Brandon, Kelsey, Lexus, and Benjamin; brothers, Roger (Lerah), Jimmy (Marie), Richard "Red," Bob, and David (Jackie) Williams; special cousin, Darrell (Norma Jean) Spradlin; best friend, Woody Blackburn; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
