Bonnie Sue Stegemann, age 73, of Columbus, passed away at Grant Hospital in the early morning on Monday October 5, 2026. Bonnie retired from Columbus City Schools where she worked as a school Liberian. She was a huge Ohio State Buckeye fan and loved to cook for her family. She is preceded in death by parents; Walter and Hazel Briles; brothers, Charles and Joe Briles; son, Reinhard Stegemann Jr; grandson, Pedro. Bonnie is survived by husband, Reinhard Stegemann Sr; daughters, Rhonda Stegemann and Tara Toyloy; grandchildren, Joshua Marie, Ashley, Kayla, Ramiro, Jillian, Lillian (Noah), Arthur and Danielle (Jace); and 12 great grandchildren ; siblings, Jim (Margaret) Briles, Joyce (Greg) Fernan and Dan (Daphne) Briles; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Family will receive friends on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel, 1346 S. High Street, from 2 pm until time of funeral service at 4 pm.
