Carla Kathleen Huston, age 54, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday,

April 5th 2024. She was born on January 12th, 1970 to the late Robert "Bobby" Morian and

Maryland Morlan. Carla was a previous service industry worker and waitress for 20+ years. She

loved spending her time relaxing, watching TV and movies with her beagle, Josie. She was very

selfless and always made sure everyone around her was taken care of first. She loved her family

and friends and you could always catch her smiling or laughing. Preceded in death by one sister,

Nadine Parkins. Survived by her partner of 28 years, James "Jimbo" Ackley Jr.; children,

John "Danny" (Sarah) Huston, Madison Ackley; son-in-law, Shyler Benarth; stepchildren,

Tabith Weber, Ashley Ackley; brother, Vernon "Vern"(Pam) Morlan; sister, Paula (James)

Weber; many grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends (S4L). Visitation

will be held on Thursday, April 11th, 2024 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m.

at the O. R. WOODYARD COMPANY CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street followed by
