Carlos R. Harr, age 76, passed away at home April 11, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 11, 1947, in South Shore, KY to the late Carl B. and Alice Harr. On June 10, 1967, he married Arnoldias (Arni) Martin; they moved to Columbus where he became co-owner of Harr's Forklift Service Inc. While he was a hard worker, family was his life. He also had a passion for restoring classic cars; he was most proud of his 1962 Chevrolet Stepside. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Morgan DeBoard. Carlos is survived by beloved wife, Arni; children, Ellen (Chris) Weatherby, Carla DeBoard, Bryan (Carol) Harr, and Richie (Amy) Harr; grandsons who will also serve as pallbearers, Ethan and Garrett DeBoard, Bryson, Caleb, Conner, and Parker Harr; sister, Lillian (Mark) Stickel; brother, Don (Betty) Harr; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Monday, April 15 from 4 to 7 pm at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. Where funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 16 at 11:00 am. Pastor Tim Stout officiating. Interment to follow at Fernwood Cemetery.  His family would like to thank National Church Residence Hospice for their wonderful care.
