It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Carrie Rebecca (Becky) Harmon, beloved daughter of Michael and Wanda Harmon. Becky was born on March 30th, 1973 in Columbus, Ohio. She brought immense joy and light to her family from the moment she entered their world. Tragically her time was cut short as she peacefully passed away on April 2nd, 2024 in Columbus, Ohio after bravely battling cancer. Becky earned her bachelor's degree in human services. She loved to help those in need and was very family oriented. She was a talented Multimedia Artist and an avid animal lover.

Becky is preceded in death by her angel & daughter, Jaylin Harmon; niece, Cameron Rain; grandparents, Allen & Carrie Harmon and Margie & Cecil Daft; uncles Frank Daft, Larry Daft, Chris Harmon; and aunt, Patricia Daft. Becky is survived by her devoted parents, Michael and Wanda Harmon; precious daughter, Audrey Shannon; loving sister and best friend, Candice Harmon; brothers Allen Harmon, Michael (Kelly) Harmon and Darrell (Timmy) Holland; sister, Jennifer Finley, nephews, Troy and Maddox; nieces, Taylor, Brooklyn, Morgan, Adrianna, Hailey and Amy; aunts and uncles, Barb Butterbaugh, Kathy & Bill Cantley, Sherry & Mike Bowers, Diane & Fred Karimian, Dwayne Daft, Rick Harmon & Rodney Harmon; special cousins Jodi, Jeff, Amy, Nicole, Tracy, Shelly, Shane, Brian, Brandon, Jimmy, Cindy, Lisa, Vanessa, Suzette and many more; very special lifelong friends Lisa, Jennifer and Doug; and a special thanks to Vincent; Her "man" (fur-baby) the famous Buckeye; as well as her very special companion, Jimmy Perry. An extra special thanks to those who participated in her birthday video message and visited Becky in the hospital. Those visits, gifts and prayers meant more than words can express. Thank you, Jeff Lambert and Bobby Smith for guiding Carrie to salvation, which is the ultimate gift of love.

Friends and family may visit from 11AM until time of funeral service at 1PM on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at the O.R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S. High St, Columbus, OH 43207. Interment will follow at Fernwood Cemetery 460 Rowe Rd where she will be laid to rest alongside her daughter Jaylin. If you wish to send flowers, the family will enjoy receiving live plants to plant and care for as a tribute to Becky.
