Carroll "Pud" Pinson, age 77, long time resident of Warfield, Ky. and Columbus, OH., passed away Saturday, June 4, 2011. He was a Commissioner of Warfield, Ky. and an AmVets Member. U. S. Air Force Veteran. Retired Teamster and retired from DCSC in Columbus, OH. Preceded in death by wife, Trennie and daughter, Barbara Pinson. Survived by children, Carol Susan (Charlie) Willis, Dawnita James and John L. Pinson all of Columbus; grandchildren, Christina, Jennifer and Maria; numerous great grandchildren; brothers, Alvin B. Pinson Jr.; sister, Alma Smith; nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday 6-9 p.m. at the Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home 278 Main Street in Inez, Kentucky. Additional visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street in Columbus where the funeral service will be Friday 10 a.m. Interment Fernwood Cemetery.
