Cathy Lynn Thacker, age 52, passed away on July 29, 2017. Born on August 16, 1964 in Columbus, Ohio to Frederick and Carolyn Chatfield. She attended Groveport Madison High School. Baptized and raised at Parsons Ave Church of God, she also attended Judah Tabernacle when she was able. She is preceded in death by father, Frederick Chatfield. Cathy is survived by son, Brandon (Rachel) Poff, grandchildren, Caiden, Skilynn and Zander; mother, Carolyn (Charles) Davis, brothers, Gregory (Jennifer) Chatfield and David Chatfield, sisters, Kimberly Chatfield and Lisa Jewell; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 1, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Wednesday, August 2, from 10:00 am until the time of funeral at 11:00 am at Parsons Ave. Church of God 3389 Parsons Ave. Pastor Jeff Leslie officiating.
