Cecil L. Cullum, age 76, passed away October 11, 2013 in Marysville, OH. Formerly of Columbus, retired from Wonderbread after 15 years. Served in National Guard. Member of Hilock Fellowship Baptist Church. He was born September 4, 1938 in Baltimore, MD. Survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Barbara Miller Cullum; his family, Joy (Gary) Ball, Penny (Brad) Wentzel, Angela (Steve) Yates, and Tracy (Myra) McGlone; 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
