Charles "Charlie" David Dalton, age 59, of Columbus, Ohio, born November 1, 1966, passed away peacefully surrounded by his children on May 30, 2026.

Charlie is preceded in death by his parents, Harold "Smokey" Dalton, Patricia Osborne and Son, Chad Cornute.

Charlie is survived by his children, Cody (Samantha) Dalton, Tyler (Allyson) Dalton, and Lourdes Dalton; grandchildren, Eric Alvarez, Chad Dalton, Sophia Johnson, Noah Dalton, Toni Johnson, and Joseph Dalton; siblings, Harold (Sonya) Dalton, Deborah (Rodney) Denner, Samantha (James) Clay,and Brandy Dalton; significant other,Tracey Madosky. And several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and friends.

Charlie worked as a roofer for most of his life. Outside of work he enjoyed professional boxing, fishing, watching football (How 'Bout Them Cowboys and Go Bucks!), playing backyard volleyball and softball. Spending time with his family and friends was a favorite pastime of his. He had many loving animals throughout his life.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Service will proceed immediately following visitation at 3:00 pm at O.R. Woodyard Co. South High St. Chapel, 1346 S. High St. Columbus, Oh. 43207.

Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts. Charlie is now in the arms of "The Man" God.
