Charles "Chuck" Ronnie Duty Jr., 51, of Millersport, Ohio, passed away August 24, 2024, at Pickering House, Lancaster, Ohio, after a three-year battle with cancer.  Chuck was born on January 4, 1973, in Columbus, Ohio, the son of Charles (Ron) and Karen Duty.  Chuck is survived by his parents, Ron and Karen; wife of 26 years Kristal. Children, Christopher (Michalya), Christian (Kaysie), Madison (Noah) and Damian (Rachel); seven granddaughters; sister, Charity (Andy); brother, Jacob (Stephanie); many nieces and nephews.  Chuck is preceded in death by his brother, Jason Duty on November 4, 2012.  Chuck enjoyed many outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, rafting, repelling, snorkeling and traveling.  He loved gathering with friends and family, always making the event lively and memorable- his favorite being Christmas.  Although he will be deeply missed by family and friends, we rejoice knowing he is in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Family will receive friends at O. R. Woodyard Co. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St, Columbus, Ohio, 43207, on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, from 5 pm until time of service at 6 pm.  Chuck will be laid to rest in Duty Family Cemetery, Ragland, West Virginia on Thursday, August 29, 2024.   Memorials may be made to family at funeral home.
