Charles "Punkin" C. Heine Jr., age 66, passed away October 24, 2014. Born February 19, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio to Charles and Carolyn Heine. He graduated from Groveport Madison High School in 1966 before entering the U.S. Army and serving in the Vietnam War 1967-1969.
