HOFFHINES Charles W. Hoffhines Jr., age 85, passed away Monday, September 12, 2011 at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. An avid fisherman and amateur photographer. Member of Madison Mills Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Preceded in death by daughter, Rita K. Diamond. Survived by wife of 31 years, Dorothy Hoffhines; children, Mary Ann (Don) Morgan, Gary (Judy) Smith, Betty Ann Rucker, Marsha Kay Richardson, Becky Lynn, James L. (Sandy) Donnally, Linda (Raymond) Piccione, Jerry A. Donnally, and Rita R. (Chris) Wiggins; brother, Richard Rineheart of Baltimore, MD; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
