Charles "Chuck" R. Howard, age 50, passed away at his home on September 21, 2013. Born in Pineville, KY on December 13, 1962. A Sergeant in the Army National Guard. Preceded in death by brother Tim Hebron, sister Cindy Brown and his Granny. Charles is survived by children, Tracy (Billy Grubbs), Charles and Matt; parents, Floyd and Eva Hebron; brother, Christopher Howard; sisters, Mindy (Mark) Sarratt and Vicki Hebron; grandchildren, Damien, Preston, Pierce, William, Jonathon and Charlie; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Thursday, September 26 at the O. R. WOODYARD CO CHAPEL, 1346 South High St. from 5-8 p.m. with funeral service on Friday at 11 a.m. Reverend Casey Wilson officiating.
