Charles E. Sherrod, age 71, Passed away Wednesday October 30, 2024, at Diley Ridge Medical Center. Charles was born August 2, 1953, to the late Charles H. Sherrod and Betty Furbee, in Columbus, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles H. Sherrod and Betty Furbee; sister, Regina Druschel. Charles is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sandy Sherrod; sons, Michael (Tara) Barber II, and Jeffrey (Traci) Sherrod; grandchildren, Makayla Barber; Alexander and Corrine Sherrod; sisters, Debra (Gary) Seitz, Kristy (Robert) Dennerlein, and Elayna (BJ) Freese; aunt, Judy Moore; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Charles was an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast. He was a Ford Man. He was an active member of the Mid Ohio Ford Club for 30 plus years. Charles loved his grandkids and spending his time with them.
