After a fierce battle, Christina "Nina" E. Gilliam Jones, age 46, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends on December 17, 2025, at Grant Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Christina was born on August 17, 1979 to father John Gilliam (deceased) and mother Jeanette Bolin at St. Anne's Hospital. She is preceded in death by both set of grandparents on either side plus many aunts and uncles. Christina is survived by her fiancé, Ronald Finney; her children, Johnny Lee (Tessa) Jones, Kyle (Nature) Jones, Logan Jones, Tate Gilliam,Wyatt Finney, James Finney, Sunshine Finney, and Tim Finney; Brothers, John (Tori) Gilliam, Dustin (Jeanie) Gilliam, Ronald (Melissa) Gilliam; Sisters, Shannon (Paul) Davis, Amanda (Chad) Toller; Granddaughters, Morgan, Atira, Ava, Serenity, and Sage; Grandsons, Jacob, Logan, Seth, Kian, and Chase; As well as many nieces and nephews. Christina was a bright light who left this world too early. She was a firecracker with an infectious smile and a laugh that once you heard it, you could never forget. She was sassy and full of life, living every moment to the fullest. Food was one of Christina's great loves, except chicken! She was just plain tired of it (LOL). Over the last few years Christina found comfort in knowing one day, she would be reunited with her father whom she dearly missed. She will live on through memories and stories passed down to future generations to come. Visitation for Christina will be Monday, December 29, 2025 from 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3 p.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD Co. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH.
