Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of a beloved mother, devoted wife, and cherished Gigi , Christy Jones, who passed away peacefully on May 6, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Her departure leaves a void that can never be filled, but her memory will forever be cherished and celebrated.
Born on July 23, 1977, Christy, lived a life guided by love, compassion, and unwavering faith. She dedicated herself wholeheartedly to her family, embracing the roles of mother, wife, and grandmother with boundless love and devotion. Her gentle spirit and nurturing presence were the cornerstone of her family''s happiness and wellbeing.
As a mother, Christy was a source of strength, wisdom, and unconditional love. She poured her heart and soul into raising her children, imparting invaluable lessons of kindness, resilience, and integrity. Her support and encouragement served as a guiding light, empowering her children to pursue their dreams and overcome life''s challenges.
As a wife, Christy shared a deep and enduring love with her beloved husband, Keith "Jay" Jones. Together, they weathered life''s storms hand in hand. Their bond was a testament to the power of love and partnership, inspiring all who knew them.
As a Gigi , Christy delighted in the joy of watching her grandchildren grow and flourish. She showered them with affection, creating cherished memories that will be treasured for generations to come. Her love knew no bounds, and her grandchildren were the light of her life.
Beyond her roles within her family, Christy touched the lives of all who knew her with her kindness, generosity, and compassion. Her warm smile, gentle words, and acts of kindness left an indelible mark on the hearts of those around her. She will be remembered for her grace, her humility, and her faith in God.
In her free time, Christy found solace in simple pleasures - working out with friends & family, going to a Cleveland Browns game, traveling, spending time in her pool, and spending time surrounded by loved ones. Her laughter filled the room, and her presence brought joy to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Christy leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will continue to inspire all who were touched by her presence. Though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will live on in the hearts of her loved ones forever.
While Christy devoted the majority of her life to her cherished roles as a mother, wife, and grandmother, she also made significant contributions in her professional endeavors. Christy approached her career with the same passion and dedication that she brought to her family life, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of working alongside her. Christy excelled in her career, starting as a Nail Technician while later changing her career path to becoming a realtor, where she showcased her remarkable talents and work ethic. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her compassionate nature, earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike. Christy approached every aspect of her life with passion and purpose, and her professional accomplishments were no exception. While her career was just one facet of her multifaceted life, it was a testament to her commitment to excellence and her desire to leave a meaningful impact on the world around her.
In honoring Christy''s memory, let us celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the love she shared. Christy is survived by her Parents, Francis "BJ" (April), Susie (Mike), Mother-in-law Serena, husband Keith "Jay", her sister Becky her children Kaycie (Lindsay), Seann, Kameryn, Collin, and Surayya. Christian, Christopher, Calill, Trevon, Latrell, Anthony, Keyshon, Keyashia. Her grandchildren: A''mayah, Adonis, Azarius, Amari, Ari, Kai, Zayden, Karter, and Alaya. She is preceded in death by brother Justin and father in law William.
Christy''s Celebration of Life will be Thursday May 16, 2024, at Jersey Church 13260 Morse Rd SW New Albany, Oh 43064.Visitation for Christy will be from 10:00 am until time of service at 10:45 am. Interment immediately following at Glen Rest Memorial Estates. There will be a repass meal following the burial at Jersey Church.
Rest in peace, dear mother, wife, and Gigi , knowing that your love will live on eternally in the hearts of those you touched.
